Managing your money

You gotta be kiddin' me!!  I am the business manager at a church.  Quickbooks is a good solution for our accounting needs and I enjoy using it.  HOWEVER, I use hardly anything in the program other than basic accounts payable.  I do not use inventory, I do not use invoicing, I do not use Sales etc.  BUT, because I use 309 budget line items for accounting purposes, you are going to triple my cost per month.  That seems TOTALLY unfair.  I am pleading my case here.  I do not believe we should be charged for being OVER THE LIMIT when we use so small a portion of the program!!!  Perhaps it is time to look for another accounting system.
