I'm here to help make sure that you can access your Reports and Taxes menu by performing some troubleshooting steps.

 

Just to clarify and for me to give you the right amount of information, may I know if you received any error message when trying to access your reports and taxes? Any additional information will be much appreciated.

 

In the meantime, let's try logging in to your QBO account using a different or a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses.

 
To use a private browser, here's how: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, go back and try to open the Reports and Taxes menu.

 

If it works, return to your default browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Before doing so, make sure to take note of your saved passwords and URLs.
