Account management

Hello, tbash.

Thanks for joining in on this thread and letting me know about what you're seeing (or not seeing rather) when trying to add an accountant. I'd be glad to offer my assistance.

To make sure this isn't an issue with the browser, I recommend clearing the cache first. Every so often the cache can get bogged down with older stored data which can potentially cause system errors in QuickBooks Online. Clearing it will get everything back up and running at optimum performance. For example, if you're using Chrome, these steps will walk you through the process:

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

2. Select History, then History once more.

3. Choose Clear browsing data.

4. Only check Cached images and files.

5. Change the Time range to All time.

6. Click Clear data.

This article provides the directions to do this in different browsers: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Getting-Started/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporar....

Additionally, this article offers helpful pointers on managing accountant users in QuickBooks Online: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/How-to-manage-an-accountant-user-in-QuickBooks....

Please let me know how things look after giving this a try. I'll be here to help.
