Ideally, the resolution steps should get the bank feeds working again. Since you’re unable to connect the account, we’ll have to trace where the issue is stemming from.


The process requires gathering of sensitive information. Since the safety of your account is our priority, I suggest you get in touch with our QBO Care Team.


They have tools to access your company in a secure environment. Once they’ve identified the cause, they’ll assist you on the process to reconnect your Macquarie bank.


To contact them:

  1. Go to Help at the top, then click on the Contact Us link.
  2. In the What can we help you with? window, enter contact support in the field box.
  3. Click on the Let’s talk button.
  4. In the Choose a way to connect with us section, select Chat or Call us.
