Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you'll be able to download your bank transactions using Direct Bank Feeds.
Can I verify what specific bank are you trying to download transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This way, I can provide accurate solution to help resolve your bank feeds concern.
For direct-feed connections, your bank sends your transactions to QBO nightly from Monday through Friday. Each bank sends transactions with different time-frames. For more information, see this helpful article: Add and Connect to a Bank or Credit Card Account.
To help fix this, let's first switch to a different browser or clear your browsing history since it doesn't store data in the cache and verify if this is a browser-related issue.
Then, you can manually update your bank account to help refresh your bank connection. Here's how:
- Go to Banking at the left menu. This will open the Bank and Cards page.
- Select the account.
- Click Update.
- If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
- Click Continue update.
