Welcome to the Intuit Community, @fairfield-impex.
Allow me to share some information about using Banking Feeds in the program.
Just to verify, are you referring to the For Review, Reviewed and Excluded tabs on the Banking page? If so, I'll break down the details on each tab.
If you have an account connected to QuickBooks, you can download your bank transactions and these will reflect on the For Review tab. Once these transactions are added to the register, these will be moved to the Reviewed tab. The Excluded tab are the ones you've removed from the For Review tab.
For your second concern, there isn't currently a way to connect your Woolworths Credit Card through Direct Feeds. You can see this helpful article to learn more about supported banks for Direct Feeds.
Since this account type isn't supported, you can use the WebConnect process as an alternative method. Here's how:
- Log in to your bank's website.
- Follow your bank's online process to download your transactions to your computer.
- Choose the .CSV file.
- Name the file you downloaded and save it in your computer.
Once done, you can upload the file to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here are the steps:
- Go to Banking from the left menu.
- From the Update drop-down menu, choose File upload.
- Click Browse and choose the .CSV file from your computer.
- Select Next.
- Click Let's go or Finish.
For more information, you can visit this helpful article: WebConnect Process.
This will get you on the right path, @fairfield-impex.
You're always welcome to click the Reply button if you have follow-up concerns about this or should you need anything else. I'll be happy to help you further.

Thanks Jay. I am doing exactly what you described. Bu my question remains that if Xero and other softwares can link up Woolworths, why can't QBO?
Second question was the sorting of icons of various banking feeds. No idea how to logically bring them together.

Hello Wendy131,
Thanks for joining in this thread!
The decision to sync a bank account is a decision between your financial institution and Intuit QuickBooks Online. If you're unable to search Woolworths Credit Card bank in QuickBooks Online, it might be the bank is not supported. You can send a request to add your bank.
Here's how:
- Under Banking/Transactions tab, click the Request support for your bank button.
- Enter the bank name and web address.
- Click on Request.
In the meantime you can manually upload bank transactions from your bank to QuickBooks Online using a CSV file format. Here's an article you can check for more detailed information on how to Import Bank transactions via CSV [VIDEO].
Feel free to drop a comment below if you need more help with your bank feeds. I'll be more than glad to share some information. Have a nice day!
