I appreciate your thoughts. I can assure you I'm 100% not a robot. (I passed the test when I logged into my QuickBooks account Smiley Wink ). My job is to provide customers with articles and other resources to help get their work done in the most efficient way.

 

As a member of the QuickBooks Team, I'm provided with specific tools to relay information to the correct channels. For the original poster in this situation specifically, I was able to send a message directly to the team responsible for updating QuickBooks Products and the Community page. As I mentioned above, customer feedback is always reviewed when making changes to QB systems.
