Why a MA SUI (employer) charges on a non-MA employee's payroll, instead of MA employee's? (The company is located in MA)

SUI is paid by the employer in the state where employee works vs, where he lives, if that helps any.

Thanks. But all employees are under the company located in Boston with no difference. Why the MA SUI is different for those two employees?

You can check to see the work location of these non-MA employees', cpa3.
Here's how:
- Click Workers.
- Click Employees.
- Click the employee in question. Then, click Edit employee.
- Click the Employment tab.
- Change the Work location drop-down if needed.
- Click Done.
