Thanks for sharing your thoughts here in the Community. I understand the impact of any delay in resolving this problem. Our engineers are doing the best they can to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

But for now, I'd suggest contacting our Desktop Payroll Support so they can pull up your account in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users. You can contact them with the instructions provided above by my colleague @JamesDuanT.
