Hello, afisher519.
Let’s make sure you’ve set Internet Explorer as your default browser. Here’s how:
- Open your Internet Explorer and click the Gear/Settings icon at the top.
- Click Internet Options and select Programs tab.
- Click the Make Default button under Default Web Browser, and then click OK.
Also, make sure you’ve selected Use my computer’s Inter connection settings to establish a connection when this application accesses the Internet account in your QuickBooks. Just go to Help>Internet Connection Setup.
