Employees and payroll
Hello unetic10,
I can help you set up your payroll without an active subscription in QuickBooks Desktop. Here's what you'll need to do. Please ensure that your internet access is offline or not connected. Then, proceed with the steps below:
- Click Edit at the top, and then select Preferences.
- On the left panel, select Payroll & Employees then go to the Company Preferences tab.
- In the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Features section, select the Full Payroll radio button.
- Select OK.
