To make sure this isn't a problem with the browser, I recommend clearing the cache. The cache can become full of older data, potentially causing viewing and performance errors in QuickBooks Online. Clearing it will allow you to work with a clean slate. Additionally, this issue you're running into with Projects not loading may be related to a known issue. The engineers are aware and diligently working to get this fixed. You'll want to call in to speak with a member of the Support Team. An agent will be able to get you added to the list of affected accounts. Once your company is added, you'll then receive email notifications regarding updates and the resolution. The number to speak with an agent is 1-800-488-7330.
