American Express
American Express doesn't support Direct Connect for certain types of business accounts. To resolve the error, you need to set up the account and download transactions using Web Connect. Learn more about setting up and downloading transactions using Web Connect.
Quicken Chase Visa Card
The Quicken Visa Chase card contains the selections available for downloading Online Banking information, which are QFX, Quicken QIF or Comma Separated values (CSV). These won't work for QuickBooks. Contact Chase to have the Quicken Visa Chase card added to the QuickBooks Financial Institutions List. Chase may contact Intuit through our OFX Connectivity page.
