The steps provided in this thread are for QuickBooks Online. If you're using Intuit Online Payroll, follow these steps instead to access your tax forms:
- Go to Taxes and Forms.
- Under Forms, select Annual Forms.
- Select W-2, Copies B, C & 2.
- View and Print the form.
Then, to access the printer settings, please follow these steps:
- Go to Setup, look for Preferences, and then click Printing Settings.
- Select your W-2 printing option, then select OK.
