Same exact thing happening to me with Desktop Pro 2018 after multiple attempts. Brand new Windows 10 PC that I'm trying to move to, with a solid internet connection. Now will have to try the more involved approach above, hopefully that works. I guess I need to start by figuring out where to even download the software.
