The Audit Log report is one of the options to find the original Quote, carlhansen4817.
Let me show you how:
- Select the Gear icon at the upper-right corner.
- Choose Audit Log under the Tools section.
- Click the drop-down arrow beside Filter and choose the User and the Date range.
- Under Events, select Show only these events and mark a check on the Transactions box.
- Then, click Apply.
- You'll see statuses such as edited, emailed or added, under the EVENT column.
- Click the hyperlink to open the original Quote.
The customer's Transaction List is the other option to look into the original Quote.
