Ask QB Assistant
QB Assistant is a bot that gives you quick, personalised answers to your questions.
On a web browser:
- Select Assistant from the top bar.
- Ask general questions like “How much have I made this year?” or “How many business miles did I log?”
On iOS:
- Tap the + button on the dashboard. Then select Ask QB Assistant.
- Ask general questions like “How much have I made this year?” or “How many business miles did I log?”
- Ask the community to connect with other QuickBooks Self-Employed users.
- Message an agent for a live chat.
- Get a callback to get a call from our support team.
