It's important to keep track of your client's notes in QuickBooks to make the communication much easier. At this time, QuickBooks Desktop doesn't have the capability to add/track notes. I know how essential it is to have this feature and I recommend sending feedback about this to our engineers. To send feedback, click on the Help Menu and look for Send Feedback Online. Your feedback is valuable and I encourage  you to let us know what features would help make a difference on your end.
