Hi a-gait
If you contact our sales department they will take an initial payment if they set up a new account for you. The sales agent will set up the account for you and the payment details, card or direct debit details, we will take subsequent payments from these details.
If you are referring to taking payments over the phone due to a payment failure or a card/direct debit has been cancelled etc then we do not take payments over the pnone.
