Perpetual licence upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade from QB Pro 2016 to Pro 2018 or 2019. All that seems to be on offer is a monthly licence or a move to a monthly cloud service. Both will cost nearly 3 times what I've been paying in the past (not going to happen!) as I need purchase orders. Are perpetual licences for Desktop still available in the UK?

Perpetual licenses are no longer available, the last time they were available was in 2016.
