We can resolve program-related issues like this by repairing QuickBooks Desktop. Please follow these steps:
- Open your Windows' Control Panel and select Programs and Features. If you don't see the option, select Programs, and then Program Features.
- Select QuickBooks and click Uninstall/Change.
- Click Continue, then click Next.
- Click Repair and click Next.
- After the repair is complete, click Finish.
Once done, restart your computer. Then, open the file once again to check if that works.
