Thank you for providing extra details about your concern. I can help you enter and set up the items in QuickBooks Desktop.
When entering the item, you must select the correct unit of measurement and groupings. I'll show you how:
- Click Lists.
- Choose Item List.
- Right-click on your mouse, click New.
- Choose Inventory Part for the item type.
- Go to the Unit of Measure section and click Add New.
- Select Count and Next.
- Choose Each and Next.
- Select Box and Case, then click Next.
- Enter 50 each = 1 box and click OK.
- Enter 2500 each =1 case.
- Select the appropriate unit of measure.
- Click Finish.
- Select the income account.
- Click OK to save the item.
