We have "Indirect Signature Required" as the default setting in Quickbooks FEDEX Shipping Manager, so all FEDEX shipments have this requirement. It seems that if "Residential" is selected in Shipping Manager that the coding sent to FEDEX for the shipment is "No Signature Required". Has anyone else had an issue with this? I suspect a bug in FEDEX shipping manager.
