I've already checked if we have an ongoing issue about this, however, we don't have any reports at this time. I'd suggest contacting our Desktop Care support so they can look into your settings in QuickBooks in a secure environment. They can further isolate this issue using their helpful tools. 

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Press F1 on your QuickBooks and click the Contact us link at the bottom.
  2. Choose a topic and click the Start a Message tab to connect with a QuickBooks expert.
