How do i delete or fix an incorrect build assembly that has been built before it has to be invoiced

Greetings,

One of our employees incorrectly added an item as a Service, rather than Non-Inventory. That item has now been included in a BOM and built by the system. How does one "un-build" or "fix" the build so that the correct item can be used?
