Good to see you here in the QuickBooks Community, @Anonymous.
I'm here to help guide you on how to move your QuickBooks Desktop in another computer.
Since the migration tool is not working, you can manually install your QuickBooks Desktop in a different computer as long as you have the copy of the license number and product code.
Before doing so, make sure to create a back up of the QuickBooks Desktop company file on the old computer and restore it to the new computer to add the company/transactions or information.

If you need further assistance with the steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Technical Support. They have additional tools to pull up your account and do a remote session.
Here's how you can contact our customer support:
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
- You can also press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help Panel.
- In order to route you to the correct support expert, we need to know what type of question you have.
- Click Continue.
- We’ll provide you a few options. You choose which one is best for you.
This will get you on the right track. Don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have additional questions about installing QuickBooks. Have a good day.
