I have verified that this issue is still on-going, scarlettmoon6688.

 

Our product engineers are still working their best to have this issue resolved as quickly as they can. There is no specific time frame as to when will this be fixed.

 

As a workaround, you can get your paystubs directly from your QuickBooks program.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Employees and select Payroll Center.
  2. Choose the Transactions Tab.
  3. Click the name of the employee.
  4. Check the Print Later box and the upper part of the page.
  5. Click Save & Close.

Once done, you can print them by following the steps below:

  1. Go to File and choose Print Forms.
  2. Select Pay Stubs.
  3. Click Preview or Print.

Also, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team to have you included in the list of the affected users. This way, we'll be sending you updates of this issue via email.

  1. Go to Help and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description in the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) field and click Continue.
  4. Choose an option in reaching our phone support team.
