The trial links that aren't supported by QuickBooks is unavailable. If you need to gradually upgrade your company file from 2009 to 2012 and then to 2019, I'd suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They have the links that will walk you though the bridging process.
Here's how:
- From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact us.
- Then, type your concern about updating 2009 company file.
- Select Continue and choose to either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
