QuickBooks Online Plus can only send invites for two accountant users and an additional five users.


Here's how to add an accountant:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper right.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Manage users.
  3. Select the Accountants tab.
  4. Click on Invite accountant tab.
  5. Fill in the necessary information.
  6. Click on Save button.

Let your accountant check the email sent from Intuit to add your account to their client list.
