I switched from the online version to desktop for MACs. Was told it was possible to export my company files from the online version, to the MAC desktop version.
I exported the files, but when I go to import them from the desktop version, the files are all greyed out and won't let me select them.
Now I am reading that you need Internet Explorer, which is not available for the MAC OS.
has anyone had any success in moving your company from online to desktop for MAC?
