I appreciate the steps you've taken to get this issue resolved. Since you've already run the rebuild tool, let's try and locate your QBWin.log to help determine the cause of the error. If re-sorting your list won't fix the issue, I'd suggest contacting our Desktop Support Team to isolate this further, They'll be able to access your account in a secure environment and dig deeper using their advanced tools.

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
