You have the option to change the template title to Work Order, here's how:
- Click Lists.
- Choose Templates.
- Right-click on your mouse and click New.
- Choose Sales Order and click OK.
- Click Additional Customization.
- Under the Header tab, change the default title to Work Order.
- Update and customize other necessary fields.
- Click OK.
Next time you create a sales order, make sure to select the template you've created:
- Click Customers.
- Choose Create Sales Orders.
- Select the template.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Click Save & Close.
