Typically you provide the person selling your items on consignment, something from your inventory. Since you still own them, while he has them on consignment, all you can do is create an estimate for him listing the item he has.

I ll try to use estimate, the only thing is I need to make a note (written) of the balance of my inventory.
There is an option on the single item to write a note on QB?
