I can help you apply a customer's credit, RoboSanLucas.
Here's how to do it:
- Click Create (+) icon.
- Click Credit Memo under Customers.
- Choose the customer's name in the Customer drop-down.
- Enter the credit amount in the Amount column.
- Click Save and close.
Once you're ready to apply the credit memo, you can follow these steps:
- Click Create (+) icon.
- Click Receive Payment under Customers.
- Choose the customer's name in the Customer drop-down.
- Select the invoice to apply the credit. Then, mark the Credit Memo box under Credits.
- Click Save and close.
