Microsoft Office 365 is a supported version in exporting your reports if it's locally installed and not the web version. In the meantime, let's try using an older version of Microsoft Excel in exporting your reports. Ensure to download the latest QuickBooks release and the latest payroll tax table prior doing the export.

- Visit: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select your QuickBooks Product.
- Choose your QuickBooks version.
