QuickBooks will only save the customization made in the Customize Report section. You will need to collapse the accounts again when opening the memorized report.
We'd like to hear thoughts about saving the collapsed accounts in memorized reports. You can send a feature request directly to our engineers by clicking the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
