Thank you for all the information you've provided. You can check your phone settings to see if it's not affecting your mileage tracking.


These settings often force-quit or sleep your account which means, the app cannot track your mileage.

 

One of these settings is the Battery's Optimization, here's how to check it.

 

  1.  Go to your phone's Settings.
  2. Select the Battery button.
  3. Click the  (menu) icon in the upper right.
  4. Choose Battery Optimization.
  5. Select All Apps.
  6. Swipe down to S and look for Self-Employed.
  7. Lastly, select the Not Optimized option.
