Re: Report preferences

I'm here to ensure that the unusual reporting preference issue you have gets resolved. We can try running the Verify and Rebuild tool. This helps fixes common data issues in QuickBooks to avoid reports and preferences problems.

 

But before that, make sure to comply with the system requirements for QuickBooks Mac to avoid system interruption and issues while using the product. 

  1. Click File.
  2. Choose Utilities.
  3. Select Verify Data.

 

If errors are found, you'll need to proceed to rebuilding the data:

  1. Click File .
  2. Choose Utilities.
  3. Select Rebuild Data.
  4. Click OK if you receive a prompt to back up your company file.
  5. Click OK when you get the message, Rebuild has completed and proceed to the next step.
  6. Run Verify Data again to make sure there's no error.
