Quickbooks Mac 2019 does not seem to respect custom dates. I wanted to make a report of all of my Dues and Subscriptions over a three year period, but no matter how I set the dates, when the starting date was in a different year than the ending date, it only displays transactions from the ending year. It does not seem to matter if I only want Dec 1 2017 to Jan 31 2018. The 2017 transactions do not show up. If I pick from Jan 1 2017 to Dec 31 2017 it correctly displays the 2017 transactions. If I pick Jan 1 2017 to Jan 31 2018, suddenly I only see the 2018 transactions. This is puzzling and undesired behavior.
