I'd be happy to assist you to reset the accountant's copy password.

 

To reset the password, here's how:

 

  1. In the File Name field, enter *.* to view all files in the selected directory.
  2. Select the Accountant's Copy (.QBA) file.
  3. Enter and confirm your New Password and select Reset Password to complete the process.

Once done, I'm confident that you can reset the accountant's copy password.
