What causes an emailed invoice to be marked as "viewed"? I have had numerous times I checked on an invoice and it says customer viewed it numerous times.

It's my pleasure to help share information about viewed invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When you send an invoice to your customer, it will be marked as Viewed once the customer opened and viewed the invoice you've emailed. When an invoice is marked as viewed numerous times, meaning, the emailed invoice was also viewed by the customer many times on their end.
