Thanks so much for your input and you pose some great quesitons that I hadn't necessarily considered. I think I'm happy to start with short term interns to start the growth and consistency of postings and then could branch out to a long term manager of my social. I'm not afraid to invest some time and training for the right fit! Ultimately, I want it to be mutually beneficial for an intern match. :)
