@jmisunas, me! As far as customization goes, WordPress is the best!

Actually, I am curious how much dev work you need. I've worked with all the major website builders (SquareSpace, Wix, Wordpress, from-scratch) on with backend and front-end tools. Depending on how much you actually need your website to do, most people can actually do the large majority with almost no coding experience. 

Also, do need someone local? It makes a really big difference to have someone in the thick of it with you.
