However, if you've already tried all the steps provided in the article, I'd suggest contacting our Desktop Care support again to get this issue escalated. They have the necessary tools to further isolate this issue. 

 

Here's how to get in touch with support:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks, press F1 and select Contact us.
  2. Type in your question and select Search.
  3. Click the Start a Message tab.
