I appreciate you contacting our ProAdvisor Support Team to help resolve your concern. 

 

Just to verify, are you trying to access the QuickBooks Desktop Advanced Certification training modules? If so, we have not supported it since December 31, 2018.

 

If you're referring to the 2019 Basic training and certification exams, you'll need to have an active QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor membership to be eligible in taking them. 

 

If you have an active membership, I'd suggest reaching out to our ProAdvisor Customer Care Team again. This process requires pulling up your account, as this is a public forum. They can help you determine the possible reasons you're unable to access the training modules. They can also provide options on how to access them.
