I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, I won't be able to check your bank files without asking for sensitive information. I don't want your account information displayed here for security reasons since Community is a peer user forum.

 

It would be best if you reach out to our QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you with the right resolution.

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
