I appreciate your time here in the Community. I'm here to assist you with your concern about the vacation balance in QuickBooks Workforce.

 

We've received reports from other users as well concerning the missing vacation balances when accessing paystubs through the QuickBooks Workforce website. Our product engineers are hands-on to your concerns, and they are diligently working to meet your needs.

 

In the meantime, they can view the balance through the downloaded PDF copy of their paystub. I also recommend contacting one of our Support Specialists to be part of the list of affected users of the investigation number INV-28194.

 

Once you're on the list, you'll be receiving updates via Email. I recommend following the steps below on how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Contact us.
