At this time, the sick and vacation hours won't show on the Paycheck Detail screen of QuickBooks Workforce. The employees should download the paychecks to view the PTO balance.

- Sign in to QuickBooks Workforce.
- Click the Download button (check the screenshot below).
The above steps should let the employees see their available vacation hours.
