Allow me to join this conversation to provide some thoughts about the QuickBooks Workforce missing historical paychecks.

 

The investigation about this is still open and ongoing. Our engineers are continually looking into this issue, and they're working hard to get a fix rolled out for this. We appreciate your patience while we take care of this for you.

 

If you haven't already, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team so you'll be included in our list of affected users.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your company file.
  2. Move to the Help menu at the top and click on the Contact Us link.
  3. Enter the issue/topic in the field box, then select on how to connect with us: Message an Agent or We’ll call you.

Don't forget to mention INV-28047 to your support representative. It would be easier for both of you since they can pull it up and add you directly to the investigation for this issue.
