We are using a 32-bit operating system, and meet the requirements. I have tried clearing cache, reinstalling one-click, removing and adding the One click app certificate back, enabling specific ActiveX scripting settings. It is pointing to the correct QBW file, and our Quickbooks is functioning correctly.
